• Full time Staff Nurse in-Critical Care- Neuro ICU.  When needed worked in the Burn ICU, MICU, and SICU.
• Assist Neuro Surgeons with ICP Placement, Ventriculostomy, Licox-brain oxygenation monitor, and recover patients from post-op Neuro surgery. Educated in EEG monitoring and Stroke Protocol.
• Educate patients and families regarding ICU policies /procedures and pre/post operative procedures. 
• Train new staff members and provided comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
• Participate in patient rounds with Physicians, Dietician, Pharmacist, social workers to assure excellence in care.
