Cancellations/Refunds/Terms and Conditions for Seminars/Conferences

Cancellations made more than 90 will be charged a $50 cancellation per person. Cancellations made less then 90 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit 50% of the total cost of the travel conference. Cancellations made 89-60 days prior to departure will forfeit 75% of land & conference fee, cancellations made 59 days will forfeit 100% of land & conference fee. Registrations less than 30 days prior to departure will be charged a $35 fee to cover additional expenses and to expedite documents. No refunds will be given for "No Shows". In the highly unlikely event that this conference is canceled by this company, only monies received by DNE for this event will be reimbursed. For those that pay their remaining balance less that 60 days prior to departure; processing fees may apply, current conference rates will apply, rooms cannot be guaranteed by payment alone, confirmation must be made by DNE.

Continuing Education Conference Policy

As required by all Boards of Registered Nursing and National Certify Organizations, the following policy will be adhered too as well as other guidelines not mentioned here. Conference attendance is not mandatory, however Continuing Education Contact Hours (CEs) will only be given for those sessions that are fully attended. Those that Sign In for a session and choose not to stay or fully attend, are required to notify a DNE staff member before they leave. No one may Sign In for another attendee. Course Evaluations must be submitted in order to receive a CE Certificate. In order to receive a CE Certificate these conditions must be met; payment alone does not fulfill the requirement for receiving a CE Certificate. DNE may or may not without announcement verify attendance at any time. It is the nurse's responsibility to notify a DNE staff member if they must leave the conference. The time that they are away from the conference will be subtracted from the possible Contact Hours that can be awarded for that session. Signing In and Out is the attendees responsibility. Failure to do either, will result in no CEs awarded for that session. In order to be respectful of everyone's time; sessions will start promptly on the times given. Please come on time, make sure to use the restroom and gather belongings as well as getting food and drink prior to the start of each session.

Terms for Online Courses Purchased

Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds for online courses purchased; will only be given if  tests for courses purchased have not been taken and a request for refund has been sent to the email address (which is posted on our website) within 30 days of purchase. All refunds give will be less an %10 or $5 (which ever is higher) cost recovery fee.

Unpaid for Course(s)

If at any time and for whatever reason that course(s) are not paid for; the user account will be placed on administrative hold. Users of this site are solely responsible for payment of continuing education courses. If a customer becomes aware that they were not charged for a purchase, it is their duty and responsibility to contact Dynamic Nursing Education to pay their outstanding balance. If Dynamic Nursing Education submits an invoice through an alternate payment gateway such as PayPal, it is the customers responsibility to verify that no prior charge was made by us for that purchase and to then pay the invoice.
Accounts on administrative hold are unverified and we cannot verify with state boards if course completions were or were not completed making any printed CE certificates invalid until accounts have been reinstated. If customers (i.e users of the site) refuse to pay any outstanding invoices for money owed, we Dynamic Nursing Education reserves the right to removed course(s) in question from the user's account rendering any printed CE Certificates in valid as we would not have a record of such course completion. We will make every effort to resolve any unpaid balance, however we reserve the right to take action without further notice.

Rights and Ownership

Dynamic Nursing Education is the sole owner of all content, courses, code, scripts, user accounts, images and/or any material on dynamicnursingeducation.com or any url Dynamic Nursing Education owns or operates without limitation. We do not authorize any person(s), group, business or corporation to use, disburse, retransmit, repurpose, reprint any or all content of Dynamic Nursing Education. All content is meant to be used as a monetary paid for service and use purpose on an individual basis and is not to be use to educate groups unless each person pays the associated fee for each course(s) taken. Any such actions beyond our intended use is unlawful and subject to civil liability. We reserve the right to place user accounts on administrative hold, delete accounts, remove courses from user accounts, add new continuing education courses, remove any courses, modify or change courses without notice. Dynamic Nursing Education further asserts it owns any and all information, content, images and scripts found on any and all of it's urls.
